Dynamics of metabolic parameters of liposuction: physical rating, basal metabolic rate and metabolic age

The purpose: To analyze the possibilities of usage and dynamics such metabolic parameters as physical rating, basal metabolism age, in evaluating results liposuction.
 Materials methods. following body composition indicators were measured: metabolism, age. study included 26 relatively healthy women before liposuction, immediately after surgery on 7th day it, which measured with Tanita BC-542 two-electrode analyzer. significance differences was assessed using Wilcoxon test an error value p 0.05.
 Results. physique rating liposuction 3 (11%) patients improved, remaining day, one (4%) woman it has deteriorated. In 22 (85%) not changed. rate admission 1333 (1265-1407) kcal. After increased to 1340 (1289-1394) kcal (p = 0.02), - 1357 (1319-1482) 0.04). Metabolic age 14 (54%) less than actual, 1 matched, 11 (42%) more actual. Immediately corresponded actual 6 (23%) patients, 13 (50%) 7 (27%) increased. On 16 (89%) decreased, while 2 did change. neither increased.
 Conclusions. most rates improved but case, "deterioration" recorded. procedure for measuring estimating requires improvement.
